Refund/Cancellation Policy

Transactions which are successfully debited by the payment gateway but not confirmed back to SHree Jivdani Devi Sansthan system are deemed to be failed transactions. All such transactions are eligible for refund post reconciliation. In such transactions, money is refunded in 15-20 working days. Online Booking once done, shall not be Cancelled, Postponed or Pre-poned. Once booked, services cannot be cancelled or resheduled in any case. All devotees are requested to submit the correct details during online reservation. The details once submitted by the devotee shall not be changed /modified. Trust shall not be responsible for wrong bookings due to incorrect/incomplete details furnished by the user at the time of booking

• Use of ‘Face Mask / Face Covers’ are mandatory.
• Pilgrims are required to maintain physical distancing of six feet at all times.
• Spitting is strictly prohibited.
• It is mandatory for the pilgrims to use ‘Arogya Setu’ Application on their Mobile Phones.
• Online Booking once done, shall not be Cancelled, Postponed or Pre-poned.
• Donation receipt will be auto generated on the name of registered user.
• Pilgrims shall furnish their contact details wherever asked by the officials on duty.
• Persons above 60 years of age, person with comorbidities, pregnant women and children below the age of 10 years are advised to stay at home.
• All devotees are requested to submit the correct details during online reservation. The details once submitted by the devotee shall not be changed /modified. Trust shall not be responsible for wrong bookings due to incorrect/incomplete details furnished by the user at the time of booking.
• The Ticket Booked by the devotee from this website i.e www.jivdanidevi.com is for the personal use of the Devotee and not any commercial use by any one. If user violates this condition, The trust reserves the right to cancel all or any Ticket/reservation without any notice or refund in addition to legal action.
• Person on whose name service is booked (Primary Devotee) should be present with his/her Photo id and Aknowledgement while availing the services like darshan.
• Darshan Booking must be done 2 days prior to visit.
• The visitor must reach the security check 1 hour prior to the slot time mentioned in the ticket for health checkup and sanitization.
• Maximum 10 persons allowed per booking of darshan.
• Senior Citizens would only be allowed subject to their health checkup.
• Temperature Check, Oxygen Saturation Check, Sanitization must be done before visitor enters the enterance gate.
